No Return & No Exchange Policy

Ayal follows a strict no-return and no exchange policy, except in cases of verified damage or incorrect product delivery.

All purchases made on our website are considered final.

Exchange will be considered only under the following conditions:

❗ Size issues are not eligible for exchange.

To be eligible for exchange approval:

The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory clearly showing:
- The sealed package
- Opening process
- The damaged/incorrect item

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Ayal team.

Ayal reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above criteria.

Ayal does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.

If an exchange is approved but the replacement item is unavailable, the value may be issued as store credit at Ayal’s discretion.

If an exchange is approved:

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product back to us (if applicable).
Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless confirmed by our support team.
